Today he works alongside Dr. Jahon Zehtaban, a Little Rock native, with a team trained in service at the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center. Patients travel from across the country to get their smile just right.

Meet your dentists
Our doctors take the time to listen to your concerns before recommending anything. Dr. Wyant brings more than four decades of cosmetic and restorative dentistry; Dr. Z adds training in sleep dentistry, TMD and orthodontics.
In practice in Little Rock since 1982 and founder of Smile Arkansas. Postgraduate programs at LSU and Baylor College of Dentistry, accredited by the American Board of Cosmetic Dentistry, and an Accredited Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the only one in Arkansas.

A Little Rock native and Central High graduate. Biochemistry, magna cum laude, at the University of Arkansas, then dental school with honors. Further training with the AACD, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the Facial Beauty Institute, in advanced cosmetics, TMD therapy, orthodontics and sleep dentistry.
Volunteers twice a month at the Shepherd’s Hope Free Dental Clinic.

A new set of clear aligners about every two weeks, and an average treatment of about a year. They come out to eat, so nothing about your diet changes.
A whole arch of teeth fixed on four implants, often with temporary teeth the same day. Angling the back two can avoid bone grafting.

Caring for our community
Sharing time and resources with Arkansans in need is one of the practice’s main goals. A few of the places you will find the team.
Dr. Wyant provides free dental care to the disadvantaged at the Harmony Clinic, which serves the poor and homeless, and donates to its fundraisers.
The team volunteers to serve meals at the Our House homeless shelter, and takes part in its fundraising.
Smile Arkansas assembled a team of up to 25 for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, for breast cancer awareness and education.
Also supported: Give Back a Smile, the Arkansas Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Salvation Army, Arkansas Mission of Mercy, Compassion Center, Hope Rises and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas. Dr. Z volunteers twice a month at the Shepherd’s Hope Free Dental Clinic.

Yes. The Complimentary Smile Makeover Consultation carries no obligation: one of our doctors reviews all your treatment options and takes the time to answer your questions. If you are thinking about straighter teeth, the Invisalign consultation is complimentary as well.
Tell us when you call. With oral sedation you take a small pill about an hour before the appointment. You stay awake but deeply relaxed, the team monitors your vital signs throughout, and the effects wear off within four to six hours. Several procedures can be combined into one visit.
A toothache, a dental abscess, a lost filling, a loose crown, or a broken, cracked or knocked-out tooth. Call right away: we do our best to see you the same day you call.
Yes. A child’s visit covers their medical and dental history, gum health and bite, a cleaning and polish, and advice on sealants and fluoride, with every step explained to them as we go.
We plan the implant and its exact position, a trusted local surgeon places it, and we restore it with a crown made to match your own teeth. For a whole arch, ask about All-on-Four.
